Mike Pelfrey has recieved bittersweet news. He is the Mets 5th man in the rotation. But it is because Orlando Hernandez had to be placed in the 15 day disabled list. El Duque is trying to adjust to his new pitching stance and is trying to heal up from injuries.

because these garbage numbers should be a forgotten memory.The 24 year
old has to know its due or die and hope they didn't make a mistake by
trading pitching prospect Phil Humber in that Santana deal.
